Hi, I'm Pete Cohen

I work across a portfolio of consulting, coaching, and community roles - helping organisations navigate complexity, adopt AI thoughtfully, and build capability for what's next. My work spans ways of working transformation, conversational AI deployment, and global scaling strategy, with clients ranging from startups and not-for-profits to iconic Australian institutions and international networks.

A background in psychology, communication, technology, and business allows me to bridge disciplines and bring people together around shared purpose. I'm also a co-steward of ECOH, a community of practice exploring employee and community ownership models as a pathway to more equitable enterprise.

Music remains my calling. Writing and performing songs with my band Smith & Cohen (previously known as Sodastream) is when I'm at my very best - and with a new album just released, that part of my life is coming back into focus.
